Remarkable correspondence from the unremarkable world of email

The mass email has been both a scourge and a blessing. I have seen some of the oddest words in the English language set forth in them. This one is no exception, although it's not quite a "mass" email, as it was only sent to about 20 people.

To set the stage, here are the words of one of the recipients, Trevor Jones: "This is Vincent T. Oliver. He defines the word 'character.' Last I saw him, he was driving a purple mustang (maybe it was a corvette), and wearing a similar colored suit. He's the only person I've ever heard of that owns a double-tall (as opposed to a double-wide), once attempting to sell it as a 'bed and breakfast' for a couple hundred thousand. At times, I wish I could play dominos with him while reminiscing about the way things used to be."

Come over and play games on our stoop and send gonzo emails to [email protected] Thank u!

TO ALL MY FRIENDS: Nobody has to throw a brick at me. I do not shake tambourines, sing hallelujah and go to church often.

But I know I only go through life but once andI try to do some good every day.

God Bless everyone,

Vincent T. Oliver
