An introduction to the Feldenkrais Method, taught by Sam Nelson, Ph.D., a Guild Certified Feldenkrais instructor. The Feldenkrais method uses slow, gentle movements to help people learn self-awareness and improve mobility. Often, chronic pain may arise from poor movement patterns and tension in the body. By relearning our movements, we can increase our range of motion, heal from injuries, and reduce everyday aches and discomforts.
