The Autumnal Equinox is a balancing point in the light and dark of the year. When day and night stand equal in duration. For a brief moment the world will be in sync. Beginning with a guided meditation & pranayama {breath work} to center our minds, prior to asana. Our yoga sequence will incorporate and explore both balancing & calming postures, as we align and flow together. Movement then moves to stillness as we end in a grounding relaxation with Shavasana.
