Christ Church Chamber Choir, a professional eight-voice ensemble, presents a program of Lenten music to mark the beginning of Holy Week. The program features music from the 16th to 20th centuries, including works by Orlando Lassus (c.1532-94), William Byrd (c.1540-1623), Carlo Gesualdo (1566-1613), Henry Purcell (1659-95), Edward Bairstow (1874-1946), Francis Poulenc (1899-1963), Kenneth Leighton (1929-88) and John Sanders (1933-2003).
