Councilmember and Chair of the Arts and Culture Committee Elaine M. Spaull (East District) will be convening a meeting of arts groups within the City of Rochester.
The intent of this meeting is to review the AMS Study that was conducted in May 2018. The study asked for the review of four questions that aimed at learning more about the impact of a large scale performing arts center on other community arts and cultural institutions, as well as how cities around the country are supporting these institutions.
