WXXI's Indie Lens Pop-Up series, in conjunction with Rochester Association of Black Journalist, presents this film that delivers a candid portrait of citizens, police, community advocates, and government officials on the frontlines during three years of escalating violence in Baltimore. The screening will be followed by a discussion, moderated by Marvin Stepherson, Retired Rochester City Policeman with Ray Mayoliz, Manager of Youth Outreach and Violence Prevention Department of Recreation and Youth Services-City of Rochester.
