David Smukler will be calling tonight's contra dance, with music by the mother-daughter duo Confluence: Nadine Dyskant-Miller (flute) and Barbara Dyskant (piano). Confluence plays traditional music from Québec, New England, Ireland, and Scotland, plus their own original tunes. Bring a pair of clean-soled shoes, a water bottle, proof of vaccination and a mask. All dances walked through before dancing. Contra is easy to learn, social, and great exercise.
