Moving with the moon to create a high-vibing, uplifting, & cathartic mind-body yoga class. Beginning with a guided meditation and pranayama {breathe work}, helping us connect with the moon prior to asana. Yoga sequence will incorporate invigorating and deep opening yoga postures, as we align + flow with one another. Movement then moves to stillness as we end in deep relaxation with Shavasana.
