The new season kicks off with everything we love the festival: outstanding soloists and ensembles, including the Grammy-winning Parker Quartet, harpist Bridget Kibbey (“a marvel,” New York Times), and Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center violinist Ian Swensen; a diverse range of moving and surprising music, by Saint-Saëns, Dvŏrak, Janáček, and the Academy Award-winning American composer John Corigliano; and the chemistry that makes it all magic.
