All area high school students are welcome. Students must be 16 years old by June 23, 2014 and have a learner’s permit or license to participate. The course teaches students to be safe and defensive drivers. After successful completion of the course, students will receive a New York State Night License Form (MV-285), which enables teenagers who are 17 years old to drive after 9:00 pm
